1. If an item you ordered isn’t available, we’ll find a suitable substitute product and brand. The product photos shown on the page are for illustrative purposes only.

2. All our shipments include free delivery.

3. If we fail to deliver an item, we will refund you the price.

4. Our responsibility for the products concludes upon delivery.

5. Alcoholic beverages will not be delivered to anyone under 18. Tobacco will not be sold under any circumstances.

6. You must confirm and pay for your order 72 hours in advance of your programmed check-in at the house, villa or apartment you are visiting.

7. We do not offer restocking service.

8. All breakfast; lunch, dinner, cocktails, sauce, fruit, and smoothie packages include only the ingredients for preparation and do not include prepared dishes or drinks. If you require a cook or bartender to prepare them, please request this service from the concierge of the company renting you the house. The Market is not responsible for food preparation services.

9. Quality: If a specific product is in poor condition or its expiration date has passed, you have maximum 24 hours to request a refund by attaching a photo of the product to the email address [email protected] The refund is subject to verification and must comply with the manufacturer’s specified conditions.

10. Prices: the prices shown don’t include taxes, which are added at checkout. The final total is all you’ll pay for our products and services, so you can check out with confidence.

11. Payment: we accept credit and debit cards. Payment is processed only after we receive confirmation.

12. Order cancellation: for a full refund for a cancellation before your arriving, you must notify us at [email protected] at least 72 hours before your scheduled delivery. Bank costs charges are borne by the client.

13. The User agrees that use of the services offered is subject to the Terms and Conditions described, including the disclaimer of liability, and agrees to comply with all applicable provisions
